Refund policy

SHIPPING: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 anywhere in the U.S.! We ship daily, except Sundays. Orders placed after 2 PM will ship the next business day. 

RETURN PROCESS: We happily accept returns within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. Please note, sale items are final sale. Items must be in absolute perfect condition for returns.

You can return in-store (Saturdays from 10AM- 2PM) or by mail. Store credit never expires! You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

ABOUT RE:DO: RE:DO is a friendly third-party return service. For just $1.98 added at checkout, you get unlimited return labels. This fee is optional. If you choose not to add it, you can still return items and buy a discounted shipping label though our return center. You will need to print the label or use the barcode (these are provided via email by RE:DO) when taken to USPS or UPS. Please use the original shipping bag when returning the item. 

If you choose not to apply RE:DO at checkout, you can still process your return through Baycreek Collection's returns process and purchase a label at a discounted rate through us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or issued store credit within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
